I'm looking for a book, of course it was a nasty pulp mass-market paperback. I know it was published before 1975, because that's when I found it and it was old then. I'd guess it's about the same vintage as "The Daughter of Fanny Hill", because I found them together.

I don't know the name, and only got to read about the first third of the book. I'll describe a couple of scenes, and if anyone can provide me with the name, I would be ever so grateful!!

It involves a guy, who has a girlfriend that doesn't live with him, who acquires new neighbors -- three sisters. They are, of course, sex-obsessed. The youngest, makes the first move, talking about her sexual experiences and having her way with our hero. With the ice broken, she introduces him to her sisters.

They all love sex, but only oral and anal, because they don't want to get pregnant. He can have vaginal with the youngest because she hasn't started her periods yet. They are also obsessed with sex with animals, and talk about sucking and fucking dogs and goats and pigs and monkeys and horses.
